秦岭岩白菜地上部分化学成分研究

Studies on the chemical constituents from the aerial part of Bergenia scopulosa T.P.Wang

目的分析秦岭岩白菜地上部分亲脂性化学成分。方法采用GC-MS法对亲脂性成分进行分析。结果鉴定出了97个组分,并确定其相对含量。结论秦岭岩白菜地上部分的亲脂性成分主要有长链烷烃、长链脂肪酸酯和醛酮类化合物。

Objective To analyze the categories of the low-polarity components in the aerial part of Bergenia scopulosa T.P.Wang.Methods GC-MS method was used to analyze the contents of the extract of aerial part of Bergenia scopulosa.Results 94 kinds of lipophilic compounds were identified from the extract of aerial part of Bergenia scopulosa.Conclusion The main lipophilic compounds were long strain diolefines,long strain fatty acids and aldehyde ketones in the extract of aerial part of Bergenia scopulosa T.P.Wang.
