摘要
目的建立HPLC测定九味牛黄丸中羟基红花黄色素A、胆红素含量的检测方法,为九味牛黄丸的质量控制提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Nertsil OPS-SP柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-乙腈-7mL.L-1磷酸溶液(26∶4∶70);检测波长:410nm。结果羟基红花黄色素A在26.50~132.50μg、胆红素在10.04~50.20μg范围内呈良好线性关系;平均回收率:羟基红花黄色素A为96.6%,胆红素为95.6%;RSD:羟基红花黄色素A为0.9%,胆红素为1.3%。结论该方法简便准确,重复性好,精密度高,可用于九味牛黄丸中羟基红花黄色素A和胆红素的含量测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of hydroxy safflower yellow pigment A and bilirubin in Jiuweiniuhuang Pills.Method High performance liquid chromatography was used,column:Nertsil OPS-SP(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm);mobile phase:methanol-acetonitrile-7 mL·L-1 phosphoric acid solution(26∶4∶70);the detection wavelength:410 nm.Results Hydroxysafflor yellow A in the range of 26.50-132.50 μg,and bilirubin in the range of 10.04-50.20 μg showed good linear relationship.The average recovery of hydroxysafflor yellow A was 96.6% with RSD 0.9%,bilirubin was 95.6% with RSD 1.3%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,reproducible,high precision,and can be used for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A and bilirubin in Jiuweiniuhuang Pills.
