不同型号大孔吸附树脂对天山雪莲多糖及总黄酮吸附纯化的研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究富集纯化天山雪莲多糖及总黄酮的最适宜大孔吸附树脂,确定分离纯化条件,提高浸膏粉产品质量。方法分别以多糖和黄酮含量为考察指标,采用动态吸附-解吸实验筛选最适宜树脂型号,评价分离纯化工艺。结果 AB-8型和XDA-5型大孔吸附树脂为纯化多糖和总黄酮的适宜树脂,纯化总黄酮解吸阶段的适用乙醇体积分数分别为30%和70%。结论 AB-8型和XDA-5型大孔吸附树脂可用于天山雪莲多糖及总黄酮的分离纯化。 Objective To ascertain the conditions of separation and purification,the different macroporous resins were used to purify polysacharides and total flavones from Saussurea involucrata,and to improve the quality of the extract powder.Methods To evaluate the effect of the separation and purification process,the dynamic adsorption-readsorption durations were investigated to select the optimal macroporous resins,with the content of polysacharides and total flavones as the indexes.Results The optimal of macroporous resins were AB-8 and XDA-5.During the purification of flavones,the optimal ethanol concentration was 30% and 70% in readsorption phase.Conclusion AB-8 and XDA-5 are the optimal macroporous resins to isolate and purify the polysacharides and total flavones from Saussurea involucrata.
