HPLC法测定丹龙止痒胶囊中黄柏酮的含量

Determination of obacunone in Danlongzhiyang Capsules by HPLC

目的建立以HPLC法测定丹龙止痒胶囊中黄柏酮含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Agilent Hypersil(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-2g.L-1磷酸(44∶56);检测波长为220nm;柱温为30℃,进样量20μL。结果黄柏酮在4.072～162.88μg.mL-1(r=0.999 98)范围内呈良好线性关系;回收率为99.5%;RSD为1.8%(n=6)。结论该方法重复性好、灵敏度高、定量准确,可用于丹龙止痒胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To study the method for determination of Cortex Dictamni in Danlongzhiyang Capsules.Methods An Agilent C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） column was used;the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-2 g·L-1phosphoric acid（44∶56）;the detection wavelength was at 220 nm;the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results The linear range of obacunone was 4.072-162.88 μg·mL-1（r=0.999 98）;the average recovery was 99.5% with RSD of 1.8%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is reproducible,sensitive and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Danlongzhiyang Capsules.
