花仙宫血胶囊对雌性大鼠动情周期及生殖内分泌的影响

Effects of Huaxiangongxue Capsules on the estrous cycle and reproductive endocrine in health female rats

目的研究花仙宫血胶囊对健康雌性大鼠动情周期及生殖内分泌的影响。方法将SD健康雌性大鼠随机分为5组:正常对照组、雌二醇阳性对照组、花仙宫血胶囊大、中、小剂量组。阴道脱落细胞法观察动情周期的变化,放射免疫法测定血清中雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)水平。称量大鼠子宫和卵巢的质量,计算子宫和卵巢指数。结果花仙宫血胶囊能延长雌性大鼠动情期,增加子宫指数和卵巢指数,能提高血清中E2和P水平。结论花仙宫血胶囊具有雌激素样作用,促进子宫和卵巢生长,调节生殖内分泌。

Objective To study the effect of Huaxiangongxue Capsules on the estrous cycle and reproductive endocrine in health female rats.Methods SD female rats were randomly divided into 5 groups：normal control group,positive control group,Hua-xiangongxue Capsules high,medium and small dose groups.The estrous cycle changes were observed by vaginal exfoliated cells.The level of estradiol and progesterone was evaluated by radioimmunoassay.The rat′s uterus and ovary were weighted,and the index of uterine and ovarian was calculated.Results Huaxiangongxue Capsules can prolong the female rats estrous period,increase uterus index and ovarian index,increase the level of E2 and P.Conclusion Huaxiangongxue Capsules has an estrogenic effect,promoting uterine and ovarian growth,regulating the reproductive endocrine.
