火绒草抗氧化活性成分及其结构分析 被引量:12

摘要 通过测定火绒草(Leontopodium leontopodioides)醇提物不同部位的总还原力,羟自由基(.OH)和亚硝酸盐清除活性,表明乙酸乙酯部位能有效浓缩抗氧化的活性物质,具有较强的还原力,以及清除羟基自由基和亚硝酸盐的活性。进一步以火绒草抗氧化活性成分为导向,对醇提物的乙酸乙酯部位进行了硅胶柱层析和制备薄层层析,得到了丰度较高的一个单体化合物,经紫外、红外、氢谱和碳谱分析,推测该化合物的结构为对羟基苯乙酮。 The anti-oxidation activities of different parts of edelweiss (Leontopodium leontopodioides) alcohol extracts were evaluated by determination of total reducing power, superoxide anion, scavenging hydroxyl radical( . OH) and nitrite acfivlties. The results showed that ethyl acetate parts can effectively concentrate anti-oxidation activity substances, which had strong reducing power, scavenging hydroxyl free radicals and nitrite activity. Further, in order to track the edelweiss anti-oxidatlon activity components ,we obtained a abundance higher monomer compound by silica gel column chromatography and preparative thin layer chromatography in ethyl acetate parts of the alcohol extract. The compound structure was presumed para-hyclroxyl-acetophenone through analysis of ultraviolet,infrared, hydrogen and carbon spectrum.
