摘要
介绍了C/C复合材料在日本的研究与应用状态,主要包括C/C复合材料的基本性能特征、制造方法、界面作用、性能与高温性能、抗氧化技术、在宇宙航天和工业方面的应用等。其中日本发明的C/C复合材料短周期致密的预成型纤维束(Preformedyams)方法值得关注。在应用方面,日本研制的密度高达1.95g/cm3的Ф1100mm3D—C/C喉衬、HOPE号航天飞机端头帽、炭纤维复合材料推力室、及新一代航空飞行器涡轮冲压发动机内部结构部件等,都代表了日本在C/C复合材料方面的先进水平。
The research and developments of carbon/carbon (C/C) composites in Japan, including the basic characteristics, fabrication, interface, high temperature performances, anti-oxidation, and application in aerospace and industry were introduced in this paper. It deserves to be mentioned that the preformed yarns is a short period densification of C/C composites in Japan. The typical C/C composites components are 3D-C/C throat insert with a dimension of Ф1 100mm and a density of over 1.95 g/cm3, nose cap of HOPE spaceshuttle, thrusters, as well as thermostructural parts of air-turbo ramjet engine in Japanese future space transportation vehicles, which representes the advanced level of C/C composites technology in Japan.
