人胎垂体生长激素细胞的形态分布

摘要 目的 :了解胚胎垂体生长激素细胞的发育规律及意义。方法 :采用免疫细胞化学方法系统观察 34例 16~ 32周人胎垂体生长激素细胞形态及分布规律。结果 :①胎 16周已存在生长激素样免疫反应细胞 ,多分布于垂体远侧部的周边 ,数量较少。随胎龄增加 ,生长激素样免疫反应细胞数量逐渐增多 ,并向远侧部的中央延伸。②胎 16周生长激素样免疫反应细胞呈卵园形或多角形、胞浆较少 ,随胎龄增加 ,胞浆逐渐增多 ,至胎龄晚期 ,生长激素样免疫反应细胞以大型细胞为主 ,多为园形或卵园形。结论 :生长激素细胞的发育是从幼稚到成熟的过程。 Objective To study the law of the morphology and distrbution of GH-cells in human fetus.Methods the immunocy to chemical method was used to study 27 normal fetus. Results ①At the 16th embryonic week,the GH-cells were found in the edge of the anterior pituitary gland. The numbers of GH-cells were increased gradually and they spread in the center of the entire pars distalis.②GH-cells were oval or polygonal at the 16th embryonic week. and cells were smaller,nuclear was large and cyto plasm was less. The size of cells increased gradually with the fetal ages. The cytoplasm of GH-cells increased gradually with the development of the embry. The GH-cells are large or spherical cells at the later periods of gestation. Conclusion the development of GH-cells was from immature to mature.\;
