摘要
提出了一种制作新老混凝土粘结界面人造粗糙度的方法,并基于分形理论对用数字图像法获得的粗糙界面形貌进行处理,以分形维数表征界面的粗糙度;再利用自编的Matlab程序实现界面的三维重组,验证了数字图像法的准确性;最后,研究了界面粗糙度与新老混凝土粘结性能的相关性。结果表明:新老混凝土粘结性能与界面分形维数呈正相关,存在近似关系R=aD+b。
An approach to getting artificial roughness of fresh-old concrete bonding interface is proposed,and based on fractal theory,the mophology data of which collected by digital image method is processed,then the artificial roughness is characterized in fractal dimension;After that,the three-dimensional reorganization of the interface is achieved by Matlab program,verifing the accuracy of the digital image method;Finally,the correlation of the roughness and the the bonding propertlys of fresh-old concrete are investigated.The results show that,there is a positive correlation of fractal dimension and interfacial bonding properties,which can be formulated as R=aD+b.
