有机硅微胶囊防水剂特性及其微观结构研究

A Study on the Waterproof Performance of the Microcapsules-silicone Waterproof Agent and its Microstructure

针对自行研制的有机硅微胶囊防水剂的防水效果及其对水泥基材的基本性质的影响进行了研究分析;结果表明:制得的有机硅微胶囊防水剂具有优异的防水性能,砂浆连续吸水21d,吸水率不超过2%;此外还有良好的贮存性,贮藏3个月后,防水性能与新产品相当;该类防水剂对砂浆的抗压强度影响小,满足实际使用要求并且对砂浆的抗收缩性无不良影响。

An investigation related to the waterproof performance of microcapsules-silicone and its effect to cement-based materials and microstructure analysis are described.Results indicate that the performance of the microcapsules-silicone is very good.Water absorption is less than 2% when the cement mortar specimens are immersed for 21 days.Besides,the microcapsules-silicone could be stored for a long time,after stored for 3 months,water performance of which are as good as the new ones.And the microcapsules-silicone has little effect on the compressive strength of the cement mortar,which has a good effect on the propertys of anti-shrinkage for the cement mortars.
