综合疗法防治混合痔术后并发症及促进创口愈合的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacies of Combined Therapy in the Prevention ＆ Treatment of Postoperative Complication and in the Promotion of Wound Healing of Mixed Hemorrhoids Patients

为探讨综合疗法防治混合痔术后并发症及促进创口愈合的临床疗效，对109例混合痔患者术后给予地奥司明片口服、金玄痔科熏洗散熏洗坐浴及马应龙麝香痔疮膏外涂（治疗组），观察其疗效，并与同期102例采用1：5000高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴的患者（对照组）疗效进行对比分析。结果显示，两组总有效率均为100％。但治疗组术后第4天和第8天创口疼痛、水肿、肛门坠胀感评分均明显低于对照组，P〈0．05；治疗组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组，PdO．05。结果表明，混合痔患者术后给予地奥司明片口服、金玄痔科熏洗散熏洗坐浴及马应龙麝香痔疮膏外涂，可减轻混合痔术后创口疼痛、水肿、肛门坠胀感，促进创面愈合。

This study was to investigate the clinical efficacies of combined therapy in the prevention treatment of postoperative complication and in the promotion of wound healing of mixed hemorrhoids pa tients. The 109 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were given with oral diosmin tablet,jinxuan zhike xunxi san（powder） for fuming washing and sitz bath,and Mayinglong shexiang zhichuang gao（ointment） for external use after operation,as treatment groupat same duration another 102 patients only with 1 ： 5000 PP solution for fuming ~ washing and sitz bath,as control group. The curative effects of both groups were observed and compared ~ analyzed. As results,the effective rate of both groups was 100% at all, but on the 4th and 8th day after operation the scorings on wound pain,edema and anal tenesmus sensation in treat ment group were all significantly lower than that in control group（ P〈0.05）;and healing time of wound surface also shorter than that in control group（ P 〈0.05）. Results show that above combined therapy can reduce postoperative pain,wound edema and anal tenesmus sensation of mixed hemorrhoids patients, thus promoting wound surface healing.
