急性结肠假性梗阻7例诊治分析

Analysis on the Diagnosis ＆ Treatment of Acute Colonic Pseudo-obstruction in 7 Cases

为提高急性结肠假性梗阻（ACPO）的诊断与治疗水平，回顾分析2003～2011年浙江省平湖市中医院和嘉兴市第一医院收治的7例急性结肠假性梗阻患者的资料。结果显示，7例患者中4例经保守治疗痊愈；3例因诊断不明行剖腹探查手术治疗，3例肠梗阻均治愈，但其中1例因其他并发症最终放弃治疗。结果表明，ACPO以综合保守治疗及结肠镜治疗为主，大多数患者可通过非手术治疗痊愈。临床工作中，应提高对ACPO的认识，避免误诊误治。

In order to enhance the diagnosis ＆ treatment level for acute colonic psendo-obstruction （AC- PO） ,authors retrospectively analyzed the data of 7 cases admitted in author＇s hospital from 2003 to 2011 yr. As results, among the 7 cases 4 were cured through conservative treatment, rest 3 were exploratory lap- arotomy due to undetermined diagnosis and obtained cure,but one ease having other complication gave up treatment finally. Results show that the treatment of ACPO of colon is predominant by combined conserva- tive treatment and coloscopic treatment,majority of patients could be cure through non-operative therapy; it should be enhancing understanding ACPO of colon so that protect from misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
