润肠通便汤口服治疗混合痔术后排便困难的临床研究

Oral Administration of Runchang Tongbian Tang in the Treatment of Postoperative Dyschesia of Mixed Hem- orrhoids Patients

为探讨润肠通便汤口服治疗混合痔术后排便困难的临床疗效，将60例混合痔术后排便困难者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各30例。治疗组予润肠通便汤口服，对照组予开塞露注肛等常规处理，对比分析两组患者临床疗效及排便困难评分。结果显示，治疗组治愈率为66．7%（20／30），总有效率为100％（30／30）；对照组治愈率为16．7％（5／30），总有效率为80．0％（24／30）。治疗组治愈率和总有效率均明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。治疗后，两组排便困难评分均明显下降，P〈0．05；但治疗组排便困难评分较对照组更低，P〈0．05。结果表明，润肠通便汤口服治疗混合痔术后排便困难疗效肯定。

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of orally administering Runchang Tongbian Tang （a catharsis Chinese herb fromula） for treating postoperative dyschesia of patients with mixed hemor- rhoids. The 60 patients with this disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases for each;treatment group was given with Runchang Tongbian Tang orally, control group with con- ventional management such as enema glycerine into anus,etc. ,then the clinical effects and dyschesia score ratings of both groups were compared and analysed. As results,in treatment group curative rate was 66.7% （20/30） ,and total effective rate was 100%（30/30）,meanwhile in control group,16.7%0（5/30） and 80.0% （24/30） ,it was seen that curative rate and total effective rate of treatment group were all significantly higher than that of control group（ P 〈0. 05）, after treatment, defecated difficulty score of both groups were significantly reduced（ P 〈0.05）. Results show that orally administering Runchang Tongbian Tang has certain therapeutic effect for postoperative dyschesia of mixed hemorrhoids patients.
