摘要
为探讨Delorme手术治疗直肠脱垂的疗效，回顾分析2009～2011年我院行Delorme手术治疗的16例直肠脱垂患者资料。结果显示，16例患者均顺利完成手术，无围手术期死亡病例。手术时间60～180min，平均65rain；术中出血30～150ml，平均50ml；住院时间3～8d，平均6．5d。术后肛门狭窄l例，排便困难1例。术后随访1～2年，复发1例。术后肛门失禁Wexner评分均显著降低。结果表明，Delorme手术治疗直肠脱垂安全有效、操作简单，术后肛门功能明显改善，且复发率低。
In order to explore the therapeutic effect of Delorme procedure for rectal prolapse,authors retro spectively analyzed the data of 16 cases who had been subjected to Delorme procedure in author＇s hospital from 200g to 2011 yr. As results, the 16 eases were smoothly received this procedure, no perioperative death occured;the time for operation was 60-180 rain（averaged 65 rain） ,intraoperative bleeding volume was 30-150ml（averaged 50ml）,hospital stay was 3-8d （averaged 6. 5d）;after operation,one case was of anal stenosis,one case of dyschesia;the postoperative follow-up of 1 to 2 year found one case being recurrence, and Wexner scoring on anal incontinence were significantly decreased. Results show that Delorme proce- dure for rectal prolaps is safe and effective,of simple manipulation,postoperative anal function of patients has significantly improved with lower recurrence rate.
