Testing System of Pumps Based on LabVIEW and PLC

为了验证泵组工作的可靠性,基于LabVIEW和PLC开发了一套试验台。使用PLC控制系统完成对试验过程的控制和数据采集,利用LabVIEW软件平台实现数据分析和结果判定,同时运用OPC技术完成LabVIEW与PLC之间的数据通信。低成本、高性能、高效便捷地实现了泵组试验台测控系统的开发。

Aiming at testing and verification the reliability of pumps,a set of control testing system for pumps based on LabView and PLC was developed.PLC was responsible for collecting the system state information and finished the testing process.The LabVlEW software platform performed data processing and judgement.Meanwhile,it adopted OPC servers to realize data exchange between LabVlEW and PLC.It finished the testing system of pumps in low-cost,high perform ance and efficient way.
