矿山地压监测系统研究

Research on Ground Pressure Monitoring System

非煤采矿区经过长期作业后,会形成很多采空区域,这部分区域的安全将对矿井安全造成直接影响。针对非煤采矿区作业特点,提出了一种基于位移传感器的新型地压监测系统方案,该方案以单片机为控制核心,使用直线式位移传感器监测矿井顶部压力变化,通过485总线和光纤将压力信息传送至监控中心,以图表和文字表格方式实时显示压力变化值,经过长时间运行,证实达到预期效果。

The Research of ground pressure monitoring system is evaluated in this paper.According to the characteristic of noncoal mining area,displacement sensors are.used to measure the top of mining area＇s movement.This application is designed by STC89C5x,through TLC2543 the measured value can be sent to monitoring center by RS485 and Ethernet,and be displayed on the screen.
