Yarn Broken Detecting Control System Based on CAN Bus

主要介绍一种用在纺纱机械上面的多路断纱检测控制系统,在纱线出现断裂、张力波动大和空纱等情况出现时,能够立即断开电路,使机器停止工作,避免机器在断纱时继续工作,造成原材料的极大浪费。该系统采用了CAN总线作为上位机和下位机之间的通信方式,既保障了通信的实时性和可靠性,又缩短了开发周期。

This paper mainly introduces a spinning machine is in above the broken yarn detecting control system,in the yarn breakage,tension fluctuation and hollow yarn occurs,to immediately disconnect circuit,and causes the machine to stop working,to avoid machine in when yarn breaking work,created the great waste of raw materials.The system uses CAN bus as between host computer and slave computer communication mode,so as to ensure the real-time and reliability,but also can shorten the development cycle.
