摘要
为了有效控制卷烟产品质量,正确评价生产工艺水平,利用卷烟吸阻测量值符合正态分布的特性,运用统计学理论,建立吸阻达标率模型。通过吸阻达标率模型的建立和应用,产品的吸阻达标率得到了稳步的提升,从2010年80.5%提高到2011年87.7%,同时,也使得吸阻、空头、漏气等烟支缺陷有所下降。吸阻达标率是一个吸阻质量水平直观有效的评价指标。它与传统的质量控制图和过程能力指数不同,主要应用于成品检验,有助于成品吸阻的质量控制。达标率模型不仅适用于卷烟吸阻,在其他物理指标(圆周、重量等)上也有推广意义。
In order to effectively control the quality of cigarette products,correctly evaluate the level of product technology,the compliance rate model for cigarette draw resistance is established by the use of statistic theories,based on the characteristics that cigarette draw resistance measurement value comply with the normal distribution.Through the establishment and application of the model,the draw resistance compliance rate has been steadily improved,from 80.5% in 2010 to 87.7% in 2011,and draw resistance defect,loose end,leakage and other cigarette defects are decreased.The draw resistance compli- ance rate different with traditional quality control chart and process capability index.It is mainly used in the finished product inspection and helps to the quality control of draw resistance.
