硫糖铝和盐酸雷尼替丁合用对四种大鼠胃溃疡模型的影响

The Effects of Sucralfate and Ranitidine Used in Combination on Four Kinds of Rat Gastric Ulcer models

目的 :研究硫糖铝和盐酸雷尼替丁合用对 4种大鼠胃溃疡模型的影响。方法 :用水浸应激型、乙酸灼烧型、乙醇致胃粘膜损伤型、幽门结扎型溃疡模型方法试验。结果 :硫糖铝和盐酸雷尼替丁单用或不同剂量合用对水浸应激型、乙酸灼烧型、乙醇致胃粘膜损伤型均有预防或治疗作用。两药单用对幽门结扎型溃疡无显著治疗作用 ,联合应用对乙酸灼烧型和幽门结扎型溃疡模型的预防和治疗效果尤为突出 ,其预防或治疗作用比两药各自单用效果好。两药合用对水浸应激型溃疡模型的保护作用与盐酸雷尼替丁单用相当 ,对乙醇致胃粘膜损伤模型的保护作用与硫糖铝单用相当。

Aim To study the effects of sucralfate and ranitidine used in combination on four kinds of rat gastric ulcer models.Methods Stress-restraint ulcer,acetic acid-burning induced ulcer,injury of gastric mucous membrane by alcohole and pyloric ligation induced ulcer.Results Sucralfate and ranitidine used singly or in combination showed effects on stress-restraint ulcer,acetic acid burning induced ulcer and injury of gastric mucous membrane by alcohole.Sucralfate and ranitidine used singly had no effect on pyloric ligation induced ulcer,but when used in combination,it showed better effect than that used singly on acetic burning induced ulcer and pyloric ligation induced liecer.
