DF活体浮游植物在线监测结果与叶绿素a的关系研究

摘要 本文针对鄱阳湖水体中常见的优势藻类,在进行纯培养后利用DF活体浮游植物在线监测系统和多参数水质分析仪(YSI6600)测定样品的叶绿素a含量.通过分析6组荧光值与叶绿素a含量之间的关系,建立了单种藻和混合藻中叶绿素a含量与荧光值之间的校准公式.在野外监测时,校准公式只需经简单调整,得到的叶绿素a含量与同步监测基本一致,表明该方法具有一定的适用性. The algae content in water is the key to determine the eutrophication. In this paper, we cultured several representative species of algae of the Poyang Lake, then determined the biomass by the On-line Delayed Fluorescence excitation spectroscopy (DF), and tested the chlorophyll-a with the Multi-parameter water quality analyzer (YSI6600). By analyzing the relationship be- tween the six fluorescence values and chlorophyll a content, the calibration formulas between a single species of algae and mixed algae chlorophyll a and fluorescence values were established. The outdoor results showed that, the chlorophyll-a contents from the adiusted calibrate formula were basically the same with the observation, and the method was applicability.
