摘要
"木制建材下乡"项目是中国政府面临经济危机时采取的措施之一,与"家电下乡"相同,能够活跃农村消费市场。以12个试点省市的958份有效农户调查问卷为分析依据,采用Logistic回归模型探寻影响农户购买"木制建材下乡"试点产品的主要因素。研究显示:户主的受教育程度、家庭年均纯收入、家庭住房结构、产品质量、申请手续是否繁琐、拿到补贴的时间、是否支付手续费、家庭住房分布地区等与农户购买"木制建材下乡"试点产品的行为具有显著的正相关性。基于模型分析结果,提出了合理化建议,以推动"木制建材下乡"项目进一步有效实施。
The project of subsidies for farmers to purchase wooden building materials is one of the measures taken by Chinese government to deal with the economic crisis.It can thrive rural consumer market just like the project of subsidies for farmers to purchase household appliances.Based on survey data of 958 households in 12 provinces and municipality city,this paper uses Logistic regression model to find out the key factors which impact on farmers' purchase behavior on wooden building materials.The research results show that some variables have significant positive impact on purchase behavior,such as household's education level,average annual income,house structure,product quality,the tedious application procedure or not,the length of getting subsidies,free commission charge or not,and geographic position of house.Suggestions are given for smoothly implementing the project of subsidies for farmers to purchase wooden building materials.
