摘要
目的探讨早期肠内营养在胃癌术后的应用价值。方法30例胃癌切除术后空肠造瘘早期肠内营养 (试验组 )与20例胃癌切除术后常规静脉输液 (对照组 )比较 ,观察营养支持前后体重、三头肌皮褶厚度、血浆总蛋白、白蛋白及生存质量等指标并作统计学处理。结果试验组病人体重、生存质量较对照组有明显改善 ,组间差异显著 (P<0.01)。三头肌皮褶厚度、血浆总蛋白、白蛋白水平试验组较对照组下降小 ,但差异不显著 (P<0.05)。结论胃癌切除早期肠内营养可安全实施 ,有利术后康复。
Objective To discuss the application value of early enteral nutrition after the gastrectomy for gastric carcinoma. Methods 50 cases of gastrectomy for gastric carcinoma were divided at random into two groups: Experimental group (30 cases) and control group (20 cases). The former received enteral nutrition while the latter only receive routine peripheral parenteral infusion. Results The body weight and nutritional status of the cases in the experimental group were better than those in the control with statistical difference (P<0.01). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition after gastrectomy for gastric carcinoma was effective in improving patient's conditions.
