摘要
近年来,印度经济高速发展,逐渐确立起其大国的地位。但是,伴随着经济的发展,印度能源短缺特别是石油短缺的问题日趋严重,并大量依赖进口。印度的石油主要来源于中东地区。为了实现其多元化能源外交战略,印度将其目光投向非洲,通过多种途径加强与非洲的联系,促进石油贸易。分析印度在非洲的能源战略,可以为中国在非洲的能源战略提供一些借鉴。
India＇s status as a power has been established owing to its rapid economic development. However, along with its economic boom, India＇ s energy shortage and its dependence on imports are becoming ever increasingly serious. India wants to diversify its sources of oil imports to change its over-dependence on the Middle East, so it is turning to Africa as an alternative and therefore it tries to strengthen its relationship and oil trade with Africa. A study of India＇ s energy strategy in Africa may offer some experience for the making of China＇ s energy strategy in Africa..
