摘要
目的观察雌激素在治疗绝经期妇女尿路感染中的作用。方法将58例绝经期尿路感染妇女随机分为两组 :实验组32例 ,采用尼尔雌醇、氟哌酸胶囊、呋喃旦啶治疗 ;对照组26例 ,采用氟哌酸胶囊、呋喃旦啶治疗。两组有合并症者均同时治疗其合并症。结果实验组有效率明显高于对照组 (分别为90.7 %和61.5 % ,P<0.05) ,复发率显著低于对照组 (分别为9.4 %和30.8% ,P<0.01)。结论联合雌激素治疗能明显提高绝经期妇女尿路感染的治愈率和有效率、减少复发率。提倡绝经期妇女尿路感染时 ,除常规应用有效抗生素外 ,可同时加用雌激素。
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of estrogen in the treatment of urinary tract infection in the cases at the menopause stage. Methods 58 cases were divided at random into two groups: experimental group (32 cases) treated with estrogen, flufenamic acid,and furadandin.and control group (26 cases) treated with flufenamic acid and furadandin. Results The effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (90.7% and 61.5%, P<0.05). Conclusion Better therapeutic efficacy could be achieved by using the combined therapy in the treatment of the cases with urinary tract infections at the menopause satge.
