某电解铝项目职业病危害控制效果评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析某电解铝项目存在的职业病危害因素及危害程度,评价其防护措施效果,并提出职业病防护对策和建议。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、危害因素检测等方法,采用检查表法、定性与定量分析进行综合评价。结果该项目的总体布局、职业病防护设施和辅助卫生用室等方面均符合国家相关的职业卫生标准。生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素为粉尘、有毒物质(氟化物、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、二氧化氮等)、噪声和高温等。其检测结果除粉尘和噪声部分点位超标外(粉尘个体和定点检测合格率分别为80.6%和85.1%、噪声个体和定点检测合格率分别为66.7%和91.3%),其它均符合职业卫生接触限值。结论该电解铝项目的职业病危害控制措施是有效可行的。 Objective To analyze occupational disease hazard factors and degree in Project of Electrolytic aluminum and evaluate the control effect, and provide occupational disease prevention strategies. Methods Investigation and detection methods have been used,and the project was evaluated with checklists, qualitative and quantitative analysis. Results The items including the overall layout, occupational disease protection measures, the hygienic auxiliary rooms accorded with the requirements of legislation of occupational health. Main occupational disease hazard factors existed in the project were dust, toxic substances (fluorides,carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide, etc), noise and high temperature. In addition to dust and noise in some point, the result were qualified. The qualified rates of fixed dust,individual dust, fixed noise and individual noise were 80.6%, 85.1%, 66.7%and91.3%. Conclusion Occupational hazard control measures on the Project of Electrolytic aluminum are feasible and effective.
