院校教育与师承教育相结合是培养高质量中医人才的有效途径

Combination of School Education and Apprentice Education: Effective Path of Cultivating High Quality Talents on Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医学是中华民族灿烂文化的重要组成部分,有其独特的理论体系与教育模式。笔者在回顾中医药教育发展史及总结师承教育与院校教育两种教育模式优势与局限性的基础上,提出院校教育为主、师承教育为辅,院校教育与师承教育相结合是培养高质量中医药人才的有效途径。

Traditional Chinese Medicine is a vital component of the magnificent Chinese culture, which has its own special theoretical systems and education model. After reviewing the history of Chinese medicine education and summarizing the superiority and limitation of both apprentice education and school education, the author puts forward an effective way of training high quality talents which is to combine both the education models, to take school education as fundamental way and treat the apprentice education as a supplement.
