和田羊mtDNAD-loop区遗传多样性研究 被引量:3

Genetic Diversity of Mitochondrial DNA D-loop Sequences in Hetian Sheep

摘要 为研究和田羊的遗传多样性,应用PCR扩增和测序技术,对民丰、于田、策勒、洛浦4个县和田羊群体的mtDNA D-loop序列进行了研究,并用DNAMAN软件对4个县和田羊进行了聚类分析。结果表明:民丰、于田两县和田羊mtDNA D-loop序列长度为1 184 bp,策勒、洛浦两县和田羊mtDNA D-loop序列长度为1 190 bp,4个县和田羊mtDNA D-loop均存在4个75 bp的重复序列;民丰县、于田县和田羊遗传距离较近,洛浦县、策勒县和田羊遗传距离较近,初步认为和田地区4个县和田羊可分为2类群体。 This study analyzed the genetic diversity of Hetian sheep populations by PCR and sequencing.The mtDNA D-loop sequences of Helian sheep from Minfeng , Yutian ,Cele and Luopu four counties were measured and the cluster analysis was made with DNAMAN software. The results showed that the mtDNA D-loop sequence lengths of Hetian sheep from Minfeng , Yutian counties were 1 184 bp,while those from Cele and Luopu counties were 1 190 bp,and there were four 75 bp repeat sequences in the mtDNA D-loop sequences of Hetian sheep from the every county. The cluster analysis showed that Hetian sheep from Minfeng, Yutian counties were closer, while Hetian sheep from Cele and Luopu counties were closer, which indicated that the Hetian sheep from the four counties could be divided into two populations.
