摘要 线粒体是真核细胞中广泛存在的具有独立基因组的细胞器,其主要功能是为细胞提供能量,同时也是物质代谢的重要场所。近年来,线粒体基因表达调控研究取得了许多重要成果,已经证实转录装置主要包括线粒体转录因子A、RNA聚合酶和线粒体转录因子B2。线粒体基因转录受核基因编码蛋白质和线粒体基因(mtDNA)转录元件共同调控,同时mtDNA也影响核基因表达。文章从mtDNA结构和转录过程,转录装置元件、转录终止因子家族、核受体激素及其功能等方面较为系统地论述了mtDNA转录调控的研究进展。 The mitochondrial,an important organelle where suhslance metal)olism takes place, has absolute genome. Mitochon- drial is an abundant organelle which support energy for cell in eukaryotes. Recently, there are some new research progress in mtl)NA transcription. It was confirmed that transcription apparatus contained mitochondrial transcription factor A, mitochondrial RNA polymerase and mitochondrial transcription factor B2. Transcription of mtDNA was regulated by nuclear genome encoding proteins and lranseiption apparatus together. Moreover, mtDNA also affect nuclear genome expression. The research advances in mtDNA trallscription and regulation are discussed systematically from genome structure, transcription process, and th~ fttnction of transcription apparatus, transcription termination faclnr family, nuclear receptor hormone in this paper.
