实验性糖尿病大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子的变化

Change of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)in serum on experimental diabetic rats

目的：观察实验性糖尿病大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子的变化。方法：用链脲佐菌素复制大鼠糖尿病模型，动态观察正常组大鼠及糖尿病组大鼠（3d 、7d、 28d)血糖和血清肿瘤坏死因子的水平。结果：糖尿病大鼠血糖呈持续性升高，明显高于正常大鼠（P 0.001)血清肿瘤坏死因子，28d 时明显高于正常级（P 0.01）。 结论：肿瘤坏死因子是糖尿病大鼠胰岛损伤过程中的重要因素之一。

o b j e c t i ve :To observe the change of serurm glucse and serum TNF in experi- mental Diabetic rats.M e t h od Using streptozotocin(STZ)induced Diabetic experimental models in rats.We ynami-cally observed the levels of serum glucose and TNF (3.7.28 days ) R e s u l t :The results showed that the level of serum glucose was increassed significantly Comparign with the control group(P<0.01).The level of serum TNF was increased singnificantly at 28day than control group (P<0.01).C o n c l u s i o n s:TNF was one of important factors in pancreatic islet injuried of diabetic rats.
