摘要
探讨针刺治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的机理,并加以论证,为其临床应用提供理论依据。方法:选择大鼠建立糖尿病视网膜病变动物模型,分别以针刺治疗及胰岛素治疗,并设正常对照组及模型对照组,于3 个月及6 个月取大鼠血清及视网膜检测IL-2 和TNF 及电镜检察。结果:各时段IL-2 针刺及胰岛素治疗组明显高于模型对照组;TNF 明显低于模型对照组。两者与正常对照组无显著性差异,针刺后电镜观察视网膜微血管病变得到改善。结论:针刺治疗糖尿病视网病变的机理在于有效地抑制TNF的生物合成和释放,抑制IL-2 的消耗。
Objective Inquire into and demonstrated the mechanism of treating diaberic retinalpathy with acupuncture and provided theoracal basis for its clinical uses.M e t h o ds Experimental diabetes in rat we treated with acupuncture and insulin and were compared with normal and model contrast groups.After 3 and 6 months the content of IL-2 and TNF of blood were tested and retinal capillary were observed by electron microscope .R e s u l t:The content of IL-2 of acupuncture group and insulin group were higher than model group;content of TNF were lower .It isn't different significantly from normal group.Retinal capillary were improved after acupuncture under the electron microscope.C o n c l u s i o n:The mechanism of treating diabetic retinalpathy is that the biological synthesizing and releazing of TNF and consumption of IL-2 were restrained effectively.
