摘要
目的：观察祛痰合剂的毒性大小。方法 ：采用一日内最高允许浓度，最大剂量灌胃测其毒性实验方法。结果：最大耐受量对小鼠各项指标观察均无影响。结论： 耐受系数为人日用量360 倍。
o b j e c t i v e:To observe the extent of toxicity in anti-sputum compound M e t h o d s:To adopt daily maximum concentration and dose to fill the stomach and detect its toxicity.R e s u l t s:Maximum tolerance has no effects on mouse and its various data.C o n c l u s i o n: The tolerance degree of mouse is 360 times that of human daily dose.
