摘要
风电叶片是风力发电机组的关键核心部件之一。其型面是复杂的三维扭曲曲面,由于考虑气动外形参数分布、翼型相容性以及数控加工制造等因素,所以叶片曲面造型至关重要。论文首先介绍曲面分类,重点介绍风电叶片曲面造型及曲面质量检查方法。为提高叶片表面光顺程度,提升叶片模型检验技术,减少叶片外型表面上的些许瑕疵提供指导。
Rotor blade is key component of wind turbine generator. With its complicated 3D curved surface, rotor blade surface modeling plays an important role considering the aerodynamic parameter distribution, airfoil compatibility and numerical control manufacturing etc. In this paper, surface classification is first introduced; then surface modeling of rotor blade and surface quality check method is discussed as focus. Aim of this paper is to display some guide on improving rotor blade surface smoothness, upgrading rotor blade model check and reduce de-fects of rotor blade surface.
