鞋底自动清洁器的设计研究

Design and Research of Sole Automatic Cleaner

针对当前鞋底清洁装置的应用现状,论文设计研究了一种鞋底自动清洁器。这种鞋底自动清洁器主要是由曲柄滑块机构、鞋刷和控制电路等组成,采用双电机控制鞋刷做旋转和平移的复合运动,通过光电传感器感应清洁器自动启动,实现鞋底清洁、烘干和吸尘等功能。

According to the current application status of sole cleaning device, this paper designs a sole automatic cleaner. This kind of sole automatic cleaner is mainly composed of crank slider mechanism, shoe brush and control circuit, etc. It used two motors to control shoe brush with doing the rotational and translational compound movement. The cleaner is started by laser sensor induction. It can achieve many functions with sole cleaning, drying and vacuuming.
