摘要
针对广泛应用于供电系统的数字电能表的特点,分析了现行脉冲法校准电能表的不足。提出一种基于准同步采样算法的功率校准方法,描述了新方法的工作原理和实现过程,介绍了在新方法中如何利用采集的被校表的数据校准该表计量误差的方法,最后验证了所提出算法的正确性。相对于当前普遍采用的脉冲校表法,新方法不仅能够更准确的校准电能误差,而且省去了积分时间提高了校表效率,降低了成本和能耗,有很好的参考价值。
According to the characteristics of the digital meter which is widely used in the power supply system, the paper analyzes the short-comings of the current pulse meter method for watt-hour meter calibration and proposes a power meter algorithm which based on quasi- synchronous sampling algorithm. It describes the working principle of the new method and realization process. It is described that how to cal-ibrate the watt-hour meter using the calibration parameters which comes from calculated measurement error in the table by the new method and finally the proposed algorithm is verified. Compared with the pulse method which is current commonly used, the new method is usefial to calibrate the watt-hour meter which wiU be more efticiency, lower cost and energy consumption.
