摘要
罗茨真空泵是一种应用极为广泛的无油真空抽气设备。全罗茨真空泵可以组成大型无油真空抽气系统,满足近年来各行业对无油真空抽气系统越来越大的需要,但在应用过程中存在噪声高、配套功率大,尤其是被抽介质产生氮氧化物、结焦物等场合时容易发生卡死等缺陷。根据罗茨真空泵的特性,对全部由罗茨真空泵组成的抽气系统的组成及性能作一介绍,运用现代设计技术和控制技术,分析了产生这些缺陷的原因,采取了相应的改进措施。对抽气系统如何实行智能化控制做了叙述。
Roots vacuum pump is a type of widely used dry vacuum production equipment. In order to satisfy the demands of the increasing pumping speed of dry vacuum production systems, the performance of the various kinds of dry vacuum production systems whoUy-combined by Roots vacuum pumps has been introduced. But in their process of application many defects exist such as high noise, large power, dead- locking especially happened on pumped gas containing impurities such as nitrogen oxides, the coke etc. After analyzing the reasons to bring about those defects by using modem design and control technology, corresponding improvement measures are took to obtain better perfor-mance according to the characteristic of Roots pump. In addition how to combine PLC with frequency converter is also described to imple- ment intelligent control on the vacuum production system.
