摘要
运动分析是平面六杆结构研究的重要内容,对于机构设计具有重要指导意义。首先建立并求解机构的矢量方程,从而得到其速度、加速度和位移等的数学模型。在此基础上利用Matlab软件在数值计算和图形绘制等方面的强大功能,采用模块化设计,开发了一种界面友好的可视化人机交互程序,用户只需改变机构参数就可以方便的实现运动分析和运动仿真,用户可以形象直观地观察到关键点的运动轨迹、速度变化及加速度变化规律,为平面六杆机构的分析计算提供了方便,同时也提高了设计效率,对实际设计具有一定的指导意义。
Motion Analysis is an important content of the study of planar six-shank structure, and it is important to structure design. Firstly, establish the vector equations of the structure, and then obtain the mode of the links key node's velocity, acceleration and position motion. A planar six-shank structure visual motion analysis program with friendly user interface was developed with Matlab, so that users only need to change the parameters to facilitate the realization of movement analysis and simulation, visual image can be observed in planer movement tra-jectories, speed changes and acceleration changes, which offer convenient for planar six-shank structure's analysis and calculation, and im-prove the design efficiency of four-shank structure. The means is useful to actual design.
