摘要
在UGCAM软件平台下,结合多品种小批量生产零件特点和加工实际需要,UGCAM应用二次开发,通过规范加工策略,创建专用模板,建立加工数据库以及加工向导,实现数控编程统一性,为产品高效数控加工提供了技术规范,显著提高了产品数控加工生产效率,降低了企业生产成本。
By using the software fiat of UGCAM, the secondary development of UGCAM software was performed, based on manufacturing process requirement of multi-varieties and small-batch productions. The unity of Numerical Control (NC) programming is achieved, through machining strategy specification, modular feature-based NC programming, and manufacturing data-base and guide establishing. It provided technical standards and supports for efficient NC machining of productions. The actual application showed that the programming efficiency was increased significantly, and the production cost was decreased.
