摘要 切削加工表面粗糙度对零件的使用性能有重要影响,而加工过程中的工艺条件又是影响表面粗糙度的主要因素。利用正交试验方法安排铣削试验,通过方差分析等方法进一步分析切削参数和刀具磨损对表面粗糙度的影响规律,确定影响表面粗糙度的主要因素,为合理选择切削加工工艺条件提供理论依据。 Cutting surface roughness have a significant impact on the use of performance of the parts, and the process conditions in the pro-cess is to affect the surface roughness of the main controllable factors. Orthogonal experiment method to arrange milling test, further analysis of the cutting parameters and tool wear on surface roughness investigated through methods such as analysis of variance, determine the effects of the surface roughness of the main factors, provide a theoretical basis for the reasonable choice of cutting process conditions.
