摘要
论文分析电话底座凸模结构,制定了合理的数控加工工艺,在Cimatron E软件环境下编制其数控加工程序,然后利用软件的仿真功能进行仿真,最后将所编制的数控程序导出来输送到数控加工机床对其进行实际加工。
CNC machining technics of telephone base punch is made according to its structure, numerical control programming is carried out using Cimatron E software, then the tool path is simulated, the result of automatic programming is transported to NC machine tool and tele- phone base punch is machined.
