中国网络公共事件的演变逻辑——基于过程分析的视角

The Evolutional Logic of Internet Public Incidents in China: From the Perspective of Process Analysis

近年来,中国网络公共事件发生频率很高,已经成为中国面临的需要及时处理和认真应对的一种特殊类型的公共危机事件。网络公共事件表现出非常显著的突然性、动态性和不确定性,并且其演变过程有着自身独特的逻辑,与其他类型公共危机事件的演变逻辑有很大差异。这是应对网络公共事件异常棘手和困难的重要原因。运用过程分析方法,可以将中国网络公共事件分为引发、展开、变化和消退这四个阶段,以便探讨其演变轨迹的内在逻辑及其影响因素,从而提高处置网络公共事件的有效性和针对性。

In recent years, Internet public incidents happen so usually special type of emergent incidents which need for timely coping and carefully in China that it become handling. Internet public incidents show very significant sudden, dynamic and uncertainty, and the evolutional logic of Internet public incidents differs greatly from that of other types of public incidents so that it is difficult to deal with Internet public incidents. In this paper, the evolutional process of Internet public incidents is divided into four stages, that is to say triggering stage, expanding stage, changing stage and fading stage, in order to explore the evolutional logic and its influencing factors of Internet public incidents, thereby can be helpful to deal with Internet public incidents.
