乡镇社会管理需求日趋复杂,而我国乡镇社会管理系统却出现了"内卷化"困境。为解决这一乡镇社会管理过程中的供需矛盾,构建一个基于复杂系统的创新乡镇社会管理分析框架,实属必要。这一分析框架主要包括乡镇社会管理的三大复杂子系统及相对应的三大创新机制。在这个分析框架下开启乡镇社会管理复杂性研究的新领域,还需要在乡镇社会管理的思维方法、体制改革、制度创新和微观机理等方面进行研究和探索。
