中国低碳产业技术自主创新路径研究

China's Independent Technology Innovation in Low-carbon Industry

目前,世界能源和工业生产的重大技术正在向低碳、高效、环保的方向过渡,主要发达国家已把发展低碳产业、做大低碳经济作为催生新的经济增长点和占领经济制高点的战略首选。在低碳经济发展模式下,低碳产业是国家核心竞争力的重要基础,在信息化、经济全球化日益渗透的今天,低碳产业技术自主创新能力的高低可以说是一个国家能否立足于未来的以低碳经济为主导的世界经济的核心要素。为此,构建低碳技术自主创新的运行机制和企业主体、发挥政府的主导作用是我国低碳技术自主创新的未来发展途径。

At present, the mode of technology growth in world＇s major energy and industrial production is in the transition to a new mode with the characteristics of low-carbon, efficiency and environmental friendliness. The main developed countries in the world have taken the growth of low- carbon economy as a critical strategy to speed new economic growth and predominate in the global economy. The development in a low-carbon industry mode contributes to a country＇s core competitiveness. With increasing information technology and economic globalization, the level of independent innovation in low-carbon industrial technology can be taken as a core element for a country in tomorrow＇s low-carbon economy in the world. This paper aims at revealing the future growth of China＇s independent innovation in low-carbon technologies based on the analysis of the current status in this field.
