摘要 分别以不同鞣制方法、不同鞣制程度的皮胶原为对象,研究不同蛋白酶对其的酶解作用。通过对酶解溶液中羟脯氨酸和酶解后皮胶原的收缩温度以及对处理后皮胶原的显微结构观察。结果表明:植物鞣和戊二醛鞣制皮胶原比铬鞣皮胶原更能耐中性蛋白酶酶解作用;酸性蛋白酶更易酶解铬鞣皮胶原,碱性蛋白酶更易酶解植鞣皮胶原,而戊二醛鞣皮胶原具有广泛的耐酶解作用。 In this experiment, the properties of anti - enzymatic hydrolysis of three kinds of tanned collagen with different amount of tanning agents were evaluated using different kind of proteases. After the tanned leather hydrolyzed by the enzymes, the hydroxyproline concentration in the solution and the shrinkage temperature of the treated collagen were tested. It was found that the tanned collagen with the vegetable tannin and the glutaraldehyde are more resistant to hydrolysis with the neutral enzyme than chrome ones; the destructive of acidic protease on chrome tanned leather and the destructive of alkaline protease on vegetable tanned leather are more severe; also, the glutaraldehyde tanned leather has a widespread resistance to all types of enzymatic hydrolysis.
