氨水/氯化钠在兔毛皮染色中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了氨水/氯化钠预处理对兔毛皮染色性能的影响,通过测定染色后毛皮的上染速率、上染百分率等染色性能,优化出了处理兔毛的最佳条件。结果表明:1、在较低温度(53℃)下用捷力染料染色,经过氨水/氯化钠预处理的兔毛上染速率得到加快,上染百分率达到了96.58%,与常规(68℃)下染色的上染百分率接近;2、氨水/氯化钠预处理最佳条件为:温度50℃、液比20、氯化钠3 g/L、氨水0.1 mol/L处理30 min。 This article studies the influence of the pretreatment by ammonia/NaC1 on the dyeing properties of the rabbit fur, and confirms the best conditions of treating the rabbit fur by means of measuring the dyeing properties of the dyeing fur, such as the dyeing rate, and dye exhaustion. The results show that in lower temperature (53 ℃ ) with Jieli dyes, the dyeing rate of rabbit fur increases after ammonia/NaCl pretreatment, with the dye exhaustion reaches 96.58% , which are close to that of conventional process(68 ℃ ) ; the best condition of the ammonia/NaCl pretreatment is temperature 50℃, liquor ratio 1:20, NH3 · H2O 0. 1mol/L, NaC1 3 g/L with the processing time 30 minutes.
