几种醛鞣剂的改性及其甲醛含量控制 被引量:6

摘要 为了保证皮革游离甲醛含量达标,用亚硫酸氢钠和葡萄糖对戊二醛AA、THPC、THPS和噁唑烷E鞣剂进行改性,考察改性前后产品及成革中游离甲醛含量变化。结果表明亚硫酸氢钠对几种醛鞣剂改性后,产品和成革中的甲醛含量有明显升高,戊二醛AA改性后升高最多,甲醛含量从0.41μg/mL上升到4.11μg/mL,成革中甲醛含量也从80.5μg/mL上升到138.7 mg/kg,因为甲醛含量的增加使得改性后成革收缩温度都有所提高,成革物性变化不大;葡萄糖改性后产品和成革中甲醛含量降低,降低最明显的是葡萄糖对噁唑烷E的改性,产品甲醛含量从4.03μg/mL减低到1.60μg/mL,降低了57.8%,收缩温度和物性基本无变化。 For reducing the content of formaldehyde, glutaradehyde AA, THPC, THPS and oxazolidine had been modified by sodium hydrogen sulfide and glucose. The results indicated that formaldehyde contents of products and tanned leather have been improved by sodium hydrogen sulfite. It was most obvious for glutaradehyde AA, the content of formaldehyde for modified product had been changed from 0.41 μg/mL to 4.11 μg/mL and for tanned leather from 80.5 μg/mL to 138.7 μg/mL. Because of the increasing of formaldehyde, the shrinkage temperature went up a little and physical properties changed a little. However, when several materials were modified by glucose, all contents of formaldehyde including products and tanned leather have been reduced. It was most evident for oxazolidine, the content of formaldehyde for modified product had been varied from 4.03 μg/mL to 1.60 μg/mL and the reduced percent was 57.8%. The shrinkage temperature and physical properties kept stable.
