广西林下经济发展探索

Under-forest Economic Development in Guangxi

描述了广西林下经济发展的背景和基本情况。从加强组织领导、完善政策体系、实施＂双千＂工程、加强理念创新、加强典型培育、优化服务体系等6个方面总结了广西发展林下经济的典型经验和做法;并从发展规模和产业基础2个方面分析了广西林下经济发展存在的制约因素。在此基础上提出了广西发展林下经济的5项建议,藉此进一步做大、做强、做实、做响、做优林下经济,促进林农增收致富。

The paper describes the background and basic situation of undergrowth of Guangxi economic develop- rnent, strengthen organizational leadership, perfect the policy system, implementing ＂Shuangqian＂ engineering, strengthening the concept innovation, strengthening the cultivation, typical optimization service system, summarizes the typical experience and practice of development of forests in Guangxi economy. And from the development scale and industry foundation, it analyzes the restriction factors existing in the understory of Guangxi economic develop- ment. Based on this, it advances five Suggestions for the development of Guangxi economy, thereby further pro- mote the farmers＇ income to ~et rich.
