摘要 以反共振理论为基础,以双质体惯性往复振动筛的抽象简化的机构动力学模型为研究对象,设计出了一种新型的双质体惯性往复振动筛,利用MATLAB仿真分析软件,对此机构系统的动力学参数进行了仿真分析,得出了对惯性往复振动筛的工作性能有重要影响的具体参数设计依据,为该类机械的研发提供了可靠的理论参考。 Basing on ant resonance theory and taking inertial reciprocating vibration griddle with two masses of abstract simplified dynamic model as a research object,an inertial reciprocate vibrating griddle with two masses of new type was designed in this article.Using MATLAB simulation software,dynamic parameters of train of mechanism were analyzed with taking dynamic model of mechanism of the inertial reciprocate vibrating griddle with two masses as an object.The basis of designing of specific parameters having important influence on the in ertial reciprocate vibrating griddle with two masses was obtained and providing a reliable theory reference.
