摘要
在Ansys电磁场静态计算的基础上,利用APDL语言进行了二次开发程序的编写,用于求解电磁铁运动过程中的微分方程组。对断路器电磁铁在8/20μs冲击电流作用下的整个动作过程进行仿真计算,得到电磁铁整个动作过程参数变化的情况,进而得到能使断路器电磁铁动作的8/20μs冲击电流的最小数值。通过电磁铁在冲击电流下的动作试验,验证了仿真方法和仿真结果的正确性。
Abstract: Based on the static calculation of Ansys electromagnetic field, the second developed program was compiled by APDL language to solve the differential equations in electromagnet moving process. The whole moving process of the magnet in circuit breaker by the action of 8/20 μs impulse current was simulated by the technology. The parameter changes were obtained, and the minimum of 8/20 μs impulse current which could move the magnet was obtained. The test verifies the correctness of the simulative method and results.
