摘要
目的了解新任护士长的心理压力,提出对策。方法访谈11名新任护士长,将获得的资料进行分析、整理,归纳出主题。结果新任护士长心理压力较大,来源于6个方面:担心护理纠纷,害怕人际关系处理不好,担心护理人力资源不足影响护理质量,担心自身素质与岗位要求有差距而不被认可,担心护士对工作量和收入不匹配有怨言,对家庭有愧疚感。结论新任护士长承受着较大的心理压力。建议加强对新任护士长的支持,建立新任护士长培训制度,提升新任护士长自身素质,使新任护士长尽快适应岗位变化。
Objective To study the psychological pressure for newly appointed head nurses and find out corresponding measures. Method Interview 11 newly appointed head nurses. Analyze, arrange and conclude the topic. Result The psy- chological pressure for newly appointed head nurses comes from six aspects, namely concerning on nursing disputes, poor interpersonal relationship, nursing quality affected by human resource shortage, disapproval caused by the distance between self--quality and job requirements, compliant on injustice of workload and income from nurses and feeling a shamed for their family. Conclusion New head nurses are under great psychological pressure. Enhancing support on new head nurses, set- ting up training system for them and improving their self--quality can help them adapt to the change quickly.
