手术室护士对患者术前应用抗菌药物执行情况的调查与分析

Investigation and analysis on implementation situation of pre-operation antibacterial use for nurses in operating room

目的了解手术室护士对患者术前应用预防性抗菌药物的执行情况及主要影响因素。方法采用问卷调查法了解手术室护士对120例患者术前应用抗菌药物的执行情况,对32名手术室护士用访谈法了解影响因素。结果 84例按规定术前0.5～2h内给药,规范执行率77.50%;护士认为影响抗菌药物规范应用的因素是用药知识缺乏(81.25%)、医护沟通和协作不良(62.50%)、护士角色认知不足(31.25%)。结论手术室护士未能严格规范应用抗菌药物,必须采取相应措施,提高手术室术前抗菌药物应用的规范执行率。

Objective To study the implementation situation and main influencing factors of pre--operation antibacterial use for nurses in operating room. Method Investigate nurses in operating room on implementation situation of 120 cases of pre--operation antibacterial use. Interview 32 nurses in operating room on influencing factors. Result 84 eases （77. 500//00） implement administration 0. 542 h before operation .following to the rules. Lack of medication knowledge （81.25 ~）, poor communication and cooperation between nurses and doctors （62. 50~） and cognitive deficiency on nursing role （31.25 %） are the main factors influencing standard use of antibacterial considered by nurses. Conclusion Nurses doesn＇t implement antibacterial use standardly. Corresponding measures should be taken to improve the rave of implementation on pre--opera- tion antibacterial use in operating room.
